"Provide proof of no EPA certification!"

The proof is in the fact that Chad hasn't released a PR saying that it has been.

The PRs and subsequent promotions say the "HOSS" is in phase 1, phase 2 or on a ship to the EPA or being tested right now or it is in the "final approval stage to be built." If it had received a second EPA certification(manufacturer already has EPA certification)it would have been shouted from the rooftops.

Just like the 2 manufacturers, if they were actually producing for AHS it would have been announced and if it was announced and it wasn't true and the manufacturers were notified by some little birdie that a PR had been released saying they were when they aren't, just think how those 2 manufacturers would react.
