You have a favorable view of the company.

So I have no doubt that they respond favorably to you.


Just because someone has concerns about the company and the things they do, that does not make them any less of a "real" shareholder.

And it certainly doesn't warrant the responses they receive from IR.

I agree, it's hard to believe that the IR from a publicly-traded company sent out such responses.

But they did.
