Fair enough. And it is reassuring to hear that you believe only the most clueless of investors consider a $1B settlement feasible.

As for the current SP, in my opinion a future award of 3.5% of 20.9% (which you say translates to ~$500M) is nowhere close to being baked in.

VRNG is a moving target and there are still way too many unknowns to believe such a hypothesis. Each new development in its story has had (and will have) an effect on short-term/mid-term expectations. I don't think it makes a ton of sense get too deep into valuation because the story is obviously going to change soon with the final judgement and what happens from there.
