I disagree. I see a judgement on everything but the rr rate by the 21st of feb. then the judge will set date of around the 26-28th for final ruling. That give them time to talk and maybe settle. I didn't want settlement ever, but now with this judge. I would like to see one. The settlement talks are just waiting for the judge to rule on all motions except rr. Even goog said that in their motions. They wanted judgement so they could start talks. Once judge rules on rr we will not see a settlement and i have to buy dolphinsmike a Jersey. So i have a short window maybe three days or so for settlement, cause i think we see final this month.
