FWIW, Cereplast submitted the filing to increase the A/S and approve a reverse split. Do you think they are merely kidding?

I contend that Cereplast isn't kidding and I also contend that Cereplast can quickly (their word, BTW) authorize Preferred Shares to approve that vote.
