Hi mom...

Lots of new faces here without a clue...

My PPS shares are included in a batch of 3 million shares under 1 certificate. My friend who ownes a majority of those shares is so convinced this is a scam he will not even bother to have them registered. They have been eligible for over 6 months at this point.
Until the new transfer agent showed up it was all but impossible to register and sell shares. It is still very difficult and requires a lawyer as well. He will give me back my original investment if I wish.

If the stock actually gains traction I assume he will register them. That's $30,000 that may have disappeared according to Eric. I know of another investor with upwards of 20 million shares. Somebody is holding a bucket full of cash at AAPT.
