The market is a system.
In any chosen field there are those who work harder than others,
those that bitch and moan,
those that leave a mess,
those who work harder to clean it up....
and all the variations of human frailties and strengths that encompass the market.

You own your own business,
you understand the value of team work........
There are few positions available to advance the hard working/productive employee.
And that employee is integral to the success of that particular segment of the company.

Individualism is a relatively new concept in relation to the market place.
Individualism has never been addressed as a marketable trait for success.
Team work and sacrifice is the rule of both employment and social order.
