That's exactly the point I was trying to get across there wasn't enough difference between divisions to blame it on anyone. I keep seeing post if they wouldn't of purchased pic me or kidding kandids. It has nothing to do with the purchase of those it has every thing to do with bad marketing poor upper management and some poor middle management from the RD and DM that beat up there employees or threatened them all the time.That also led to poor moral from the rest. there is some very good employees out there and some great talent please don't let this life experience put your fire out.
