And your point is? I will tell you my point and that is Lehman did not get their discharge yet because they did not pay off the POR yet. Lehman has not exited BK yet and will not exit bk until the POR is paid off. After the POR is paid off, they will go back to the court and file a motion to exit BK....Also CTs will not receive any payment until they exit BK....why because as long as they did not get the discharge, everything will be reallocated....That is why:

1. Lehman must payoff POR
2. Get discharge
3. file motion to exit BK

that is my point so there is no confusion what so ever....go figure..devil
