Cooler, I believe that this all is posturing by both sides in what effectively is showing the judge their hands in appeals. All is JMO, however I still believe JJ let's all numbers stand as is, in order to create as level a playing field for the (apparently) inevitable appeals. He has tried to give them time to hash out a settlement, I hope they do settle for the sake of many, however if they don't, and I opine this will be the case, we now understand the basis for both sides to move forward in court. Here's hoping for a pop in PPS good enough to make all investors at least flush. I for one need about $4 for a decent profit.
