As CEO he has to file intent to sell shares. He has 90 days from filing that intent to actually sell those shares. HE KNOWS THE STOCK IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE. 25 million shares will be worth a COUPLE PRETTY PENNIES, I imagine. Just .02 would be $500,000. Think about it. .02 isn't that far away.
