Thanks for sharing RIFMEMORY. I posted the transcript in the sticky notes, so all can see exactly what was said. The vote to give him $1M, did not specify for what it was. What was wrong with the scenario, was a vote to give him as a bonus for $1M quarter, so it didn't need to be voted on again. So when there was a vote to give him a Million dollar bonus, could and was something else. That's why I raised the question to begin with, to verify what it was for. If they meant to mislead, I think he wouldn't even allowed the question to be public like that, that's stinky pinky world methods.
What I think they will do, is next time votes are taken for bonuses, they'll be clearer in the transcripts at the time. I personally think it embarrassed him about the misconception.
The guy loaned the company $7 million out of his own pocket. He wouldn't be doing all the hobnobbing, etc. if he was just going to milk investors with a dilution machine. He's already an uber millionaire who could retire and live happily ever after, doesn't need to run a microcap.
