As for your assertion:

but, in regard to normal business and real goods and services, if we look closely, we'll see that people are paid for two things:

1) decision making

2) bringing in revenue



Completely ludicrous!

There is no quantitative measure to evaluate productivity or advancement in a corporate world.

There is no real measure of talent.

It's all an illusion.

Many are advanced by the measure of those who are in power to advance.
And those who are in power have a bias to the promotion of others.

This is why most businesses can never exist for any extended length of time.
Humanity has faults and those faults are a major part of business.
