To the contrary, Mr. Giles does have a Corporate filing under World Moto in Las Vegas since 04/2010. The company was incorporated in 2008. Let's hope that the patent 'idea' does show some upswing, and having this gadget as stated, 'regulated' for it's purpose to be fair and give profit.
