IMHO....Feb 20th, can be a key date, as with the funds from the bridge loan, we(uspr) can make some payments required and have funds to start laying out plans to develop the site.........I will consider this a notice to increase my holdings by 20%..total of 80% projected of total investment in this stock..the remainder 20% will be added when ib known and 100 m finance happens, or some think else comes around........IMHO
