IN RESPONSE TO "SEEKING ALPHA" - FROM MICHELLE SIDES!

This is Michelle Sides, Chairman and COO of MJNA. I have never posted on this board and beyond livid that I feel the need to do so now. I was made aware of an article published by Seeking Alpha which contains Libel, Defamation and Criminal Liability for his actions which I assure you I will NOT take lightly. The person he identified as "Michelle Lynn Sides" is NOT me. I have never been arrested a day in my life, do not have a criminal record - not to mention, I am 43 not 32 and proud of it, I do not have any kids, and yes, I am an attorney which Mr. Alpha will so find out about what that means. It disgust me that some pathetic broker has hidden behind an article to short the stock for his own gain. I assure the rest of you that allegations contained in that article are FALSE which will be addressed in immediate legal action against Mr. Alpha.

If Mr. Alpha would like to contact me directly versus hiding behind his post he is more than welcome to as he knows how to locate me - just as I assure him that my litigation attorneys will know where to find him and will do so soon! So, I look forward to meeting you Mr. Alpha!
