Hmmm...I suggest you go to clinical trials.gov and confirm the Kevetrin trial exists. Then you might read aboout the collaborations on the company website. Look closely at who is paying for the research and trials.

If you are still suspicious, you may want to opt for something safer, like blue chips or even utilities.
