The infringement filing by playboy is a tactical chess move only, meant to pressure Cirtran; it will not have any bearing on the whole enchilada, as the contract use of intellectual property rights still lives or dies on legal decision regarding contract dispute; intellectual property license part of the contract, not the other way around... and remains in effect only for the duration of the contract - it's normal process to grant Intellectual Property licenses as part of a distribution deal and is protection for both parties [defining parameters - duration / limits on use of a brand] ...it will be no surprise if Judge maintains Status Quo since contract dispute is going through the court; a ruling against playboy in regards to continued use of intellectual prop by Cirtran will not have any real affect on Playboy's game plan at this point ...apples & oranges
