Dad,

Rather clearly, you prefer to make no decisions on Freestone’s future based upon whatever meager factual data that are presently available. Understandably, you want to see real “proof,” things I would presume to be realized, in-hand sales dollars, and fully operational water sales and recycling facilities.

Your perspective, fully rational and understandable, is cautious, first requiring real results. I certainly do not dispute such an approach. Your chances of taking losses are much fewer than those like myself, who prefer to invest at a lower share price, thinking — based upon the kinds of numbers and facts I’ve posted — that all of what our diligent study indicates will actually result in.

Neither I nor my compatriots in our Freestone investments are using personal funds other than those that are purely and entirely discretionary. If Freestone goes bust (which I highly doubt), my personal finances and lifestyle will be materially unaffected.

On the other hand, if Freestone’s JV plays out as I believe it will, I will be nicely rewarded. So far, I can find nothing in anything related to Aqueous Solutions that would jeopardize the company’s fine future.

You and I have clearly differing perspectives on Freestone, derived from differing investment perspectives. But I believe we both understand that Freestone, after all, is (for the nonce, anyway) an over the counter bulletin board stock — not the kind of company anyone should be betting their future on, using monies to pay the mortgage or one’s retirement or healthcare costs.

And I’ll certainly agree with you, that Aqueous Solutions presently can’t have 122 customers; nor even, perhaps, five. Does that make sense? Of course. The storage and dispensing tanks aren’t even fully plumbed yet. But when they are, watch carefully, to discover how many drillers will want Aqueous Solutions’ ample water. In a month or two, examine this again.

Lastly, I think you are a bit more in line with my perspectives than you admit. So far, you apparently haven’t liquidated whatever FSNR position you have. I think that’s wise. All shareholders should be rewarded in coming weeks, months, and quarters.

Delighted to carry on this useful and respectful discourse. My best wishes.
