I just don't get why ADCF has surged so nicely before. Their finances aren't getting any worse. Granted, they're not really bringing in a bunch of money either... BUT! Other completely DEAD, EMPTY shells are moving up with ZERO company information or transfer agents somehow. Makes NO sense.
