Not much. It's Ironridge's filing and has to do with 5% owners. Last year, or whenever, when they were thinking about investing it appeared that it might have been necessary to increase the OS so they didn't tip their 4.99% limit. Maybe at the time they kinda(LOL, I know)theoretically went over that limit, so had to file. I just don't know. At any rate it appears they're definitely under 5% now.
