The news today is excellent. A company like HFP seldom works with a penny stock company like FLCR. That says a lot about FLCR--it has a lot of upward potential. Further, this opportunity would not be available except for the hard work Mr. Frohreich has done to cut expenses, increase profitability, and keep the company SEC compliant.

Part of my initial concern when I first read the news was regarding the financial arrangement between FLCR and HFP. While the details have not been released, Mr. Frohreich has said that the bulk of HFP's benefit comes of the back end as new corporate acquisitions are finalized. That's a great arrangement for us since it does not dilute the shares of FLCR or compromise the share price through a toxic financing arrangement.

Bottom line, through hard work and patient negotiations, Mr. Frohreich has obtained a financial guide/partner for FLCR that will identify and evaluate business opportunities and then lead FLCR to the right investors and funding sources. Further, HFP has a nice history actually accomplishing meaningful financial goals for its clients.

Folks, this, I believe, is one of the most significant days in FLCR's history. Preliminary congrats to all who have stuck around!
