When do you foresee mCopax approaval coming?

If approved (and I'm betting it will be obviously), I think 2013 is quite likely considering the length of time enox took, the way MNTA management has been talking about copax over the last 6 months, and with the appeals coming in late 2013.

Do you think it is plausible MNTA has requested FDA not approve until closer to patent expiration unless FDA agrees not to disclose patent details to competitors? Or would that be foolish?

I initially read this as MNTA asking the FDA to hold off on approving until patent stuff is resolved, but either way interesting point, but I doubt MNTA would make threats nor would the FDA adhere to them.

Seems MNTA is kinda between a rock and hard place - approval would be good on one hand on but on the other MNTA is deathly afraid of the mEnox scenario playing out again with mCopax.

I don't disagree. There's some good discussion on the topic on the biotech board. Rockrat has some good posts.

And with a burn rate over 100 million annually and no other revenue generating product less than 5-8 years out, they should be

I don't agree with the 5-8 year number, but point taken.
