If approved (and I'm betting it will be obviously), I think 2013 is quite likely considering the length of time enox took, the way MNTA management has been talking about copax over the last 6 months, and with the appeals coming in late 2013.
I initially read this as MNTA asking the FDA to hold off on approving until patent stuff is resolved, but either way interesting point, but I doubt MNTA would make threats nor would the FDA adhere to them.
I don't disagree. There's some good discussion on the topic on the biotech board. Rockrat has some good posts.
I don't agree with the 5-8 year number, but point taken.
