The company is clear lake capital... Check out there portfolio at http://www.clearlakecaptial.com/portfolio I believe that is what was texted to.me...

They own a lot of random companies including Jacuzzi, 3d equipment, Swiss watches, and many more... I searched them and they do seem to buy allot of companies that go bankrupt
