Heard it all before. All the useless speculation and promises of "NEWS IMMINENT" and "life changing increase in price".

ASYI IS 100% GARBAGE. There is NO CONNECTION to any merger/jv/acquisition or anything else. 5 BILLION SHARES is all ASYI has.

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS to update and renew with the state of Nevada where their shares are registered. BEWARE!
