If you really think this will hit 0.50, which is non-sense and will never happen in pinky land, why don't you buy every shares under 0.0020 cheapies? It sounds very fishy and I smell the effort of pump&dump.
I see many people want to get the hell out of CIRC around 0.0017-0.0019.

If I could ever sell my shares around 0.0018, I will be really happy. I mean it.
