Couple comments tonight on ERBB that will hopefully help some. I'm not new to ERBB and was actually in it a few weeks back and sold for a smaller 20% gain but still continue to watch it each and every day.
Tonight some might be thinking what to do after they saw that very large drop intraday. I would say this on that issue. What happens many times on these very momentous Pennies as is also the case in Promos which have gone up large is that we will see a large buy order come in (as we did today) that started a downfall. Then, many panic being they are up several hundred percent and also sell on fear. Added to that, "Stop loss" Orders that were in place by many get hit and the bottom line end result is a 40% retracement in a heartbeat as we saw today. Does that mean the end to the rise up? No. What it should signal to many is that everyone invested in ERBB and many holding some nice (if not huge) gains is on edge and the higher we move up the more volitale it will become. Noone wants to be left holding the Bag yet on the flip side everyone wants to be holding if ERBB shyrockets. I'm the same way. There is no right or wrong answer at this time other than for me to remind everyone that there will be extreme moves as ERBB possibly continues the rise up. ERBB is in a sector that is definitely hot right now as we all know. These Plays have made some HUGE moves and there is money to be made on them but all I am trying to get at is play them smart, don't get greedy and take some profits along the way. One thing to note today is the mere fact that on that very large drop, buying came in and boosted the pps back up very quickly signalling solid support is still there with ERBB.
In the end, play it safe, don't panic but also know when to sell and take a profit as your gains increase. Noone ever lost out by taking a profit. The best to all holding, thanks for reading and the best to all holding ERBB.
