The use of a "dry stack method" of handling tailings by placing them in a covered repository (such as a clear span structure) has been cleared by the DRMS. The exact engineered specifications of CGFI's clear span still has not been approved by the DRMS. (They want a separate TR with certain requested engineered details stated and submitted.)
So it is up to you to decide if "the clear span has been approved", and if you still think this is a "scam".

This information is available on the DRMS website, it only takes a little research to find it.
