It's impossible to know the specific answers to any of your questions without seeing the patent filings. All we know is what VRNG stated in the latest 10Q:

"...through our wholly owned subsidiary, Vringo Labs, Inc., we filed a patent application relating to wireless energy charging."

We have no idea if this patent will ever be granted. It was reported on SK's freeforums that IR said the patent app was a "provisional application" and would therefore not be published by the US patent office unless it was converted within 12 months to a non-provisional application.

We can make educated guesses about the technology and the industry, but they would still only be guesses. And I've already made my educated guesses on this subject in the previous post.
