Unfortunately, deception is a standard business practice, especially down in Pinkyville. The rewards so massive, that some think it's worth the jail time to take the risks.

Even when the crooks are caught red-handed, the penalties are minimal and insignificant. So why not

It's kinda easy to do...lol
You basically register a semi-legit company, set up a Preferred Share structure that's bulletproof, put out a couple of bs PRs, start selling shares, and you are laughing all the way to the bank. Increase the AS/OS whenever you want, and R/S every 2-4 years.

You don't even have to have a real product, you just make it appear like you do, or could.

It's this perceived "potential" that attracts investor. The share selling crooks know it, and they use like bait, over and over again, to attract and trap investors, all the while they are
planning the next R/S
