The float has gone up since last Sept. and it never stated they bought back shares on the open market. They said they bought back 25% of the common shares. We saw the OS reduced according to TA by 195 million dollars. They have no money and could not possibly have done a buyback if you check the status of the company financials. Also the only way they could have done it IMO would to have made a deal with whoever the restricted or private shareholders or debt holders were in the OS to get them back. That could lead to an announcement about financing ahead and that would be toxic. How do you buy back shares with no money? I suggest calling Jeff and asking him how they got those shares back. I initially thought they were their own shares they may have given up for the time being but we have had no news or expaination about it and we are going by what TA who is hired by them and get's their info by them without any filings whatsoever. Seems a bit strange does'nt it!
