Here is WHY this is good for us?

First, this filing explains what happened to the PPS. Back in October creditors were shorting this stock all the way down to 0.0007 and they were converting their debt with shares at very low prices like 0.0003 and 0.0005. So they made a lot of money shorting the stock down then once they received their shares they paid promoters back then to pump this up. they tackled the ASK price and then they took this UP from 0.0007 to 0.015 just to short it all over again. now if You guys have noticed once ELAY hit the bottom they all started converting their shares at half off at 0.00025 and 0.0003 and that explains why ELAY have released the latest NFL news. they wanted to pump this up from those prices so that they don't have to give free shares. I hope this is a good lesson for them of which they learned and I believe that was the reason why they took these steps to register these shares and sell them directly instead of taking loans from thugs that will short the stock and crash the price. The 2B shares are not locked for 0.0007, if you read carefully they stated that they reserve to change the price based on the market conditions. This also explain why the pump was delayed. Now that they have the shares registered which means they are ALLOWED to sell them. NOW we can say that a PUMP is around the corner. There is no way anyone wants to buy these shares unless if they pump it hard. Yesterday's and today's activity shows that 0.0007 is actually the bottom and almost nobody was selling at these prices. I personally had an order since yesterday for 0.0007 and I didn't get filled. I am not upset because I got some on Monday but some may say oh I can get these shares directly from the company. I would love to see someone try to get some of these shares just to see if they will actually sell them. If I was an insider and I know that there is a lot of money to be made here. Well guess what these shares will be "sold out" lol!!! I hope I am right and I believe we will have few great days ahead. I am confident and hopeful that we will get a nice PUMP soon and the Price will spike and if that happens I will be glad to accept your congratulations lol!!! Let's make a lot of GREEN$$$$$$$$$ :)
