The share buyback was not on the open market. The float remained the same. They reduced the OS by 195 million shares. Thus they made a deal with each other to take their shares off the table and reduce the OS. There have been no shares bought on the open market EVER and unless and until they announce they are buying back on the open market or have bought back on the open market and do a filing of the new SS we will have no proof. BTW did we get any new filings on the 4th when TA gave us the new SS numbers? I will check and see if they actually filed anything through edgar where when any SS changes that are legit are filed.
