I hope you are correct but the original buybacks were not shares that were taken from the float. They did reduce the OS and since most here have talked about the company having no money for the buyback perhaps they made a deal with insiders to get that 195 million shares back thus reducing the OS and not the float. As far a a phase 3 that would be aweome but they have not even PR'd it and they would have to buy common stock on the open market to do so. This has been selling not buying. Your thoughts???

It is my opinion that this walk down over the past few days has been intentional. Remember the potential for a phase III buy back?? Sure would like my ROI loaded up on pps at .017 vs .024 if I were the company wouldn't you??
