Highly unlikely this deal will close. If by some miracle it does, after 1 billion shares are given out like M&M's, stock price will be smacked down further, followed by the inevitable reverse. Anticipated joy and euphoria a little premature.

Still need to find a crack addict crazy enough to hand the chucklehead CEO $11 million.
