My sentiments towards Mr. Coats are solely derived from what I see in public. He has established relationships with others to market, manufacture and install the units and to provide them to the government, thru others, for their testing and approval. I am impressed that he took a company, on the verge of insolvency, and reduced the share structure from 10 billion to 2. 7 bllion shares. Jim
