On November 1, 2012 the Company entered into a Merger Agreement and Plan of Reorganization with Algae
International Group, Inc. whereas the respective Board of Directors of each entity have agreed to the merger of Algae
International Group, Inc. into Savanna East Africa, Inc. contingent upon satisfaction prior of all the terms and
conditions of the Agreement.
