OK I admit I missed one paragraph of an 17 page filing. Instead of debating who knows what or missed what why not talk about the incredible revalation of that filing. Namely that VRS is in debt, or possibly default, with the licensor of it only saleable product. This should make any serious investor incredibly nervous.
