I am interested to see if the building will be free standing and owned by NTek or if they will be renting a suite like some of the smaller tech companies do. **Sorry just read the PR again, looks like they will be renting. Hopefully they have some street sign presence.
This is literally Cisco world (They have about 10-15 huge buildings) with Broadcom down the street, Cadence.. and a couple larger buildings.
I'll drive by there on the way home to check it out, I normally take the back way and haven't been down that road in a while.
All in all, exciting news. This is a step up to the big leagues.
