This is what I think. The MOS result is the least impressive result released. Actually, based on the HR of .75 I would of expected to see a much higher MOS result. Just guessing but it could be because the treatment arm had a larger percentage of patients with a higher EOG status (1 & 2) compared to the control arm and these patients died at a faster rate early on. In other words, these patients were just too sick to help. This could of skewed the early part of the survival curve down for the treatment arm. As time progressed the less sick patients in the treatment arm started living longer than the patients in the control arm and that resulted in the very good HR.
