The news

looks neutral here.

I think Jaime is downplaying anything that may be good news because with all of the challenges facing us he doesn't want to come off like
everything is fine and then have something bad happen (such as coop problems or political havoc) and have everyone be suprised.

It is much better to play it like he is doing.

Someday we will be doing better and all of the news will be good but it will take some time. Just my thought
