Other small companies make SEC filings that are available immediately for shareholder review..... Of course the company has to actually submit the filing.....

You just don't take this long to get a audit out on a 2 man company and a Edgar filing.

Cash is King until further notice!!!
My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy fools with money.
