I never called anyone a sucker. I chose not to convert or even buy SDVI during that period for two reasons. One, sending perfectly good tradable shares to a pre IPO maybe seemed nuts TO ME. Two, buying SDVI post split made little sense for I believed the pps would tank as it ended up doing. Now that Signature and Graffiti are back as one and SDVI will be realizing all gaming revenue moving forward, I anticipate a nice move up. Remember when the split occurred pre IPO, the pps was much higher. Yes, they added 20% to the float but we dropped 90% in value. SDVI also traded up to .009 with little more than C.O.R.E, Rogue and Air Combat going for it. No Reader Rabbit app either.

"Scamming liars" don't close deals with companies like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt IMO. "Scamming Liars" don't enter into personal guarantee agreements to advance their publicly traded company on behalf of shareholders then for kicks, file for personal bankruptcy.

Do some research. Its only a Google away. GLTY
