What news ? Come on! Here I will do some DD for you! The Company has retained new counsel to manage its future Securities and Exchange Commission filings as part of the process. During the first quarter, the Company will undergo an audit for fiscal years 2011 and 2012 in preparation of its S-1 filing to become fully reporting. The Company projects that its audit and S-1 filing will be complete and filed prior to March 31, 2013. Once the Company’s S-1 filing is deemed effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company’s status at OTC Markets will be uplifted to the OTCQB.

I've said it before, there are fully reporting pinkies on the OTCQB that fully report sh*t results.
