I do believe that this boring news today is nonetheless a critical component in their efforts to assure a lock-tight contract is completed. No loose ends that will bite us later. This firm is the barking dog in the backyard to prevent intruders and give teeth to contract efforts. I see this as a very positive sign that things are moving behind the scenes.
Much like when J.T pointed out the buried info in the quarterly about the NASDAQ uplisting law firm we were engaged with.

The lined up ducks are quacking.
