time will tell if theres gonna be any CONCRETE news itll be by 6/13 thats when manufacturing is SUPPOSE to begin but from what ive read and seen (on videos) they have been using them (the prototypes) probably 20-50 i would imagine certainly not just 1 but i do believe they will be mandated only because tourists and businessmen getting ripped off makes these underdeveloped countries a less desirable place to visit or do business and i do believe if there were no talks in these various countries someone from either Thailand, Brazil, or Spain would have spoke up in a public way to denounce them but again i too have questions overall about market size
