Something fishy IMHO

So far the intermediate steps in this case have been won by CIRC.
Now, each passing day makes a settlement more probable as, if no settlement is found, Playboy is risking even more from an unfavorable ruling.

BUT judging from sp, the market is not anticipating such an outcome, on the contrary. So, what's wrong here?
