What about Weight Watchers?

It has worked wonders for me. I am currently on it, and have lost 34 pounds - just 8 more to reach my goal !!! (I've been on it since the beginning of October)
I did WW once before in 1989, and lost 30 pounds. I never feel deprived of food. I eat better than I normally do. My problem is when I am off it, I just eat too damn much and get in trouble.
However, this new "winning points" system is great. It allows you to really plan for the week. When I know I have a party to go to, I watch what I eat during the week, and eat whatever I want at the party.
Right now, I am doing it all online at weightwatchers.com. It is cheaper than the regular way. Since I travel so much, I didn't want to be tied down to going to meetings. And, since I have done it before (as you have, by the sounds of it), I felt that I didn't need the meetings.
I have tried Atkins and the other diets and have been bored with them. Not to eat a certain type of food is not good for me. I need variety, and found that WW is the best - for me.
