I think you don't have inside information to have full knowledge what is going on here now. CIRC barely came out of Bankruptcy and YA Global will continuously get paid by selling off CIRC shares. They have tons of shares as according to past year statement. Settlement will never come out until everything gets settled down. But the problem is, it will take really long time to see the settlement and the final court result. YA global has total of 680million shares now and there is potential to continue on dumping shares and major sell off. What do you expect in Pinky? If you made few hundreds dollars in pinky, you should get out. "Sell when profits or lose everything."
