Glad you asked actually, I dug a little more and it looks as if the domain is still in its redemption period and has not transferred to anyone else yet. It would cost them around $100 to get the domain re-registered in their name right now. If another 30-40 days go by unanswered, they (they being NameJet) will sell the domain off to the highest bidder at auction.

If you go through the links on the site that is currently displayed now, by clicking the Bid on Domain now at the top. It is set for presale/back-orders. Which means it will be for sale when the grace period is up in 30-40 days.
